MBIRT gets director
A pioneer director has been appointed for the Muhammadu Buhari Institute for Research and Training (MBIRT).
He is Dr. Abubakar Sadiq Aliyu, currently the Head of Department of Physics, Federal University of Lafia.
The MBIRT is a newly built multi-millionaire Naira Research Laboratory Complex at the Federal University of Lafia (FULafia) that was, recently, named after President Muhammadu Buhari.
The complex, situated at the Permanent Site Campus of the university.
The naming of the complex after Buhari was approved by the Governing Council of FULafia during its recent meeting.
The multi-million Naira facility was built to serve as a hub for promoting research and innovation in science and technology in the country and North-central region, in particular.
