FULafia Governing Council promotes V-C’s S/A, Agbawu, Aboki, DIPR head, others
The Governing Council of the Federal University of Lafia ( FULafia), chaired by the Pro-Chancellor, Honourable Lola Fibisola Akande, during its latest meeting, has announced the promotion of some staff.
Those promoted included the Special Assistant (Project) to the Vice-Chancellor, Dr Agbawu Bashir Musa, who was elevated from the position of Deputy Registrar to Senior Deputy Registrar.
Mr Ovye James Aboki has been promoted to the position of Senior Deputy Bursar.
Until his promotion, he was a deputy bursar in the Bursary Department.
Musa Dahiru, formerly a principal assistant registrar, is now a deputy registrar.
Also promoted is Mrs Ramatu Suleiman Dikko to the rank of deputy bursar while Mr Ityonzughul Orkuma was promoted to the position of deputy director in Audit Department.
Engr. Riyadh A. Ojulari mnse, formerly a chief engineer, was promoted to the rank of deputy director in the Directorate of Works and Maintenance just as Engr Shittu D. Habila , until now a chief engineer, electrical, was promoted to the rank of deputy director in the same Directorate of Works and Maintenance.
Similarly, Malam Abubakar Ibrahim of the Directorate of Information and Public Relations has been promoted to the post of deputy director in the same office.
