Prof. Ozegya makes strong case for disabled students

According to Ozegya, the need for better funding of education for children with special needs cannot be overemphasised. Ozegya said that proper funding of impaired children’s education would advance effective learning and inclusivity in Nigeria. Ozegya, a lecturer at the Department of Special Needs Education in FULafia, made his recommendations while delivering the 18th professorial inaugural lecture of the institution. …
