Abdul Rahman congratulates Ikram Hassan as Tinubu appoints him CMD of FULafia Teaching Hospital
The Vice-Chancellor of the Federal University of Lafia (FULafia), Prof. Shehu Abdul Rahman, has congratulated Dr Ikrama Hassan on his appointment as the Chief Medical Director of FULafia Teaching Hospital, Lafia.
It should be noted that President Bola Tinubu has appointed six chief medical directors for Federal Government-owned hospitals in Akure, Gombe, Azare, Lafia, Maiduguri and Kafanchan.
Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, disclosed this in a statement on Friday titled: ‘President Tinubu appoints six chief medical directors for federal hospitals.’
Dr. Ikrama Hassan was appointed as the Chief Medical Director of the newly upgraded Federal Teaching Hospital in Lafia, Nasarawa State.
Abdul Rahman urged Hassan to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, accountability and service delivery in his role as the CMD of FULafia Teaching Hospital.
Abdul Rahman said that Ikram Hassan’s appointment “is a proof that good things come to those who are willing to sacrifice to reach a worthwhile goal.”
He wished Hassan success in his new job.
