The theme of the event was: “Intercultural Relations, Hybridity and National Development.” The Vice-Chancellor of FULafia, Professor Shehu Abdul Rahman, in his speech declaring the event open, said that cultural differences should be viewed as assets for improving global interpersonal relationships.
