Senator Akwashiki to Liman: You’re doing great job

Senator Godiya Akwashiki has commended the efforts of FULafia Management team under the leadership of Vice-Chancellor Professor Muhammad Sanusi Liman for transforming the university into a reputable centre of learning.

Akwashiki, who is the spokesperson of the Senate, represents Nasarawa North Senatorial District.

Akwashiki made his observation known when he joined the management of the University on an inspection tour of some ongoing projects at the Permanent Site Campus of the University on Monday.

The Senator, who was impressed by the number and quality of projects in the university, said to the vice-chancellor: “History will remember you kindly for the legacy you will bequeath to the younger generation.”

He praised the management team members for the unity of purpose in their efforts to build a conducive teaching and learning environment, assuring them of his willingness to partner with them for the development of University.

Speaking, Liman thanked Akwashiki for visiting FULafia, saying that the university was on course to realising its mandate of producing worthy graduates to serve the nation and humanity.
