Mrs. Kafilat Ishola


Mrs Ishola Kafilat Adebola (Nee Ibikunle) had her early education at the Nigerian Navy Primary School, Ojo, Lagos, from 1986 to 1991. She proceeded to the Nigerian Navy Secondary School Ojo, Lagos, for her secondary education between 1991 and 1996. For her University education, she attended the prestigious University of Ibadan, where she studied B.Sc Geography from 1998 to 2002.. She holds a MSc degree in International Relations and diplomacy from Federal University of Lafia.
Ishola Kafilat Adebola started her career in the banking sector with the defunct FINBANK PLC (Now First City Monument Bank-FCMB). She rose to become the Head of Operations, Doma Branch, before resigning her appointment to join the Federal University of Lafia, in 2012.
She is an accomplished Administrator and a pioneer staff of the Federal University of Lafia. She has worked in the following capacities in the Registry Department, in the last nine years:
1.    Head, Exams and Records Unit, June 2012 to April 2017.
2.    Faculty Officer, April 2017 till date.

She has served as secretary in various committees, such as:
1.    Committee of Provosts, Deans and Directors
2.    Accreditation of Academic Programmes
3.    Examination Misconduct
4.    Utility Committee
5.    Matriculation Committee
6.    Scholarship and Prize Award Committee.

Mrs Ishola Kafilat Adebola has attended several capacity building training. She is also a member of the Association of Nigerian University Professional Administrator.
