My name is Olofu Godwin Ogbeche, a lecturer in the Department of History and International Studies, Faculty of Arts, Federal University of Lafia. I hold a Bachelor Degree in History and International Studies, University of Calabar, Calabar and MA History from University of Abuja and presently pursuing a PhD degree programme in Federal University of Lafia. I am presently holding the position Lecturer 1 Federal University of Lafia. I am from Bekwarra Local Government Area of Cross River State of the present South-South Geo-political Zone of Nigeria. My research are is on Socio-Economic and Political History with specific interest in African History. My best food is pounded yam with vegetable , beneseed, groundnut, and Afang soup. My hobbies are relating with the poor in the society, educating people on morals and religious life. I am a Christian and a practicing Catholic.
