My research interest is on recent technologies which can suit the Nigerian educational system, be easily acquired and used to enhance the teaching and learning process.

Biography

My name is Fumnanya Onyeka Iniodu and presently a specialist in Educational Technology and an Assistant Lecturer in the department of science education, faculty of education. I hail from Oshimili local government area of Delta State. I was born and spent most of my life time in Lagos State, Nigeria and presently reside in Lafia, Nasarawa State. I have been opportune to groom young students both in secondary and primary schools who have excelled in their promotional examinations. I attended "Our Lady of Fatima nursery and primary school in Lagos State where I completed my primary school in 1996. I went further to Bright star comprehensive high school also in Lagos State where I completed my secondary school in 2002. Before I got admitted into the University, I acquired a diploma degree in desktop publishing in the year 2004, that same year I got the admission from University of Jos to study physics education which I completed and earned my B.Sc.Ed (Physics) degree in 2008. After my bachelor’s degree I embarked on the journey to serve my father’s land. I did National Youth Service Corp (NYSC) in Jos, Plateau State which I completed in 2010. I have the ability to co-ordinate team work and support team members, adapt to varying work situations with minimal supervision strong communication skills, also a proficiency in Microsoft Office packages such as MS-word, Power point, Excel and a strong communication skill. My hobbies are dancing, reading, teaching and sports. I aspire to search for creativity technological tools suitable for Nigeria educational system which will strengthen the curriculum, increase students’ interest in education, improve student’s retention and promote the use of technologies in the educational system.
