A pioneer academic staff with the Department of Psychology, Federal University of Lafia. Mr. Azizi obtained his Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Psychology in 2010 and Master of Science (M.Sc.) Correctional and Forensic Psychology in 2016 both from Nasarawa State University Keffi, Nigeria. His work focuses on the application of psychological principles and methods within the criminal justice system (Police, Law Court, and Department of Corrections). He has research interests in Psychology and Law, sexual abuse, psychopathy, mentally disordered offenders, violence risk, psychological assessment, psychopathic personality disorder, behaviour modification techniques, risk assessment and management, recidivism, child abuse.
