Agreement

This agreement is a contract between donors and the Federal University of Lafia and applies to the use of online donation services and electronic fund transfers (EFT). By using this website, you consent to these terms and conditions. You use the online donation services and EFT at your own risk and we shall not be liable for any damages that you may suffer except for damage caused by our negligence or intent. Authorisation

By completing the online donation form, you agree that you are 21 years old, and have obtained the necessary authority, should authorisation be required, to make an online donation. The University reserves the right to decline or return donations at its sole discretion.

Disclosure Policy

The personal information provided to enable an online donation – such as your name, home address or email address – will not be shared with any third party, other than those necessary to record and process your donation.

Should your personal information be accessed by an unauthorised third party through any action beyond our reasonable control – such as unauthorised access to our database- you indemnify the University from any damage you may suffer as a result of such disclosure.

We may from time to time send e-mails announcing new projects and campaigns and giving feedback to supporters. Other than this, the Advancement Office at the Federal University of Lafia will not send you e-mails that you have not agreed to receive. You may opt out of receiving these e-mails at any time by e-mailing mis@fulafia.edu.ng with ‘REMOVE’ in the subject line.

Refunds

Donations are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or returned once processed. If you become aware of fraudulent use of your card, or if it is lost or stolen, you must notify your card provider in accordance with its reporting rules.

Please note that the Federal University of Lafia reserves the right to use your donation for general purposes, unless the donor stipulates that the donation is earmarked for a particular fund.

Invoices

By using the online donations service, you are making a donation to the University of Pretoria. Donors may request a donor invoice and will receive tax certificates in accordance with the Income Tax Act.

Tax information

The Federal University of Lafia is not an accounting, taxation or financial advisor. You should not rely on the information on this site to determine the accounting, tax or financial consequences of making a donation. We strongly recommend that you consult your own advisor about any accounting, taxation or financial consequences that may affect you.

FULafia Stundent's Email

All students are entitled to @student.fulafia.edu.ng email address. Simply login to the portal to get your official student email address and the default password.

Acceptance of Admission on CAPS

It has been observed that some candidates that were offered admission proceed for registration on the University portal without accepting their admission on JAMB CAPS. In view of the above, such candidates are hereby requested to login to JAMB CAPS and accept their admission asap. Please note that any candidate who fails to accept the offer on CAPS, his/her name will not appear in the National Matriculation list.

Course Registration

Course Registration Form (CRF) will now be digitally signed or manually and digitally signed. If your CRF has been manually signed, you have to still submit it for digital signature. Course registration is incomplete without the Level Adviser's digital endorsement. Any student who fail to submit their CRF would not have result for the academic session.
